Our typical day-to-day janitorial services include, but are not limited to:

Sweeping of all Hard or Tile Flooring
Mopping of all Hard or Tile Flooring
Dusting of all Furniture, Desks, Display Units, Door Frames, and Window Ledges
Spot Cleaning of all Door Glass Partitions and Frames
Spot Cleaning Doors, Walls, Kick Plates, and Light Switches
Cleaning of Return Air Vents
Emptying Trash and Recycle Bins
Restroom Cleaning: Clean and Disinfect all Toilets, Urinals, Dispensers, Sinks, and Countertops
Polishing of all Stainless Steel or Chrome Fixtures
Cleaning of all Glass Mirrors
Restocking of all Paper Consumables
Cleaning and Disinfecting of all High Touch Points, such as Door Handles, Light Switches, Etc.
Specialty Services We Offer:
Initial Deep Cleaning: At the beginning of any account we work with, we like to offer an initial deep cleaning for the facility. This will be a very detailed focused team of cleaners that come in to get the facility up to a standard that we will upkeep.
Specialty Carpet Cleaning: We offer deep cleaning of carpets, this can be done as requested by our clients. This is separate from spot cleaning on our regular cleans.
Strip and Wax Floor Care: We have a specialty floor care team that gives us the opportunity to offer strip and waxing on floors, typically on a semi-annual basis, to help maintain a scuff free, shiny floor. This team can also offer varnishing of floors if you have a floor type that requires this service.
Windpw Cleaning: We offer interior and exterior window washing. Many of our clients use this as a seasonal cleaning. This is seaprarte from spot cleaning on our regular cleaning.
Deep Tile Scrub: For tougher bathroom floors, we offer deep tile scrubbing. Many clients use this as a quarterly restroom cleaning to help keep wall tiles and floor tiles from any continuous build up.
Pressure Washing: By client request, we offer pressure washing on the exterior of your facility. This will remove any buildup that accumulates over the year on the walls for front entrances, walkways, backdoors, dumpster bays, etc. While this is typically done in the spring, this can be done at anytime it is requested - Spring, Summer, or Fall months.
